We lovingly handcraft and prepare each order with care.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday; we rest on weekends and holidays.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier and destination. Dearest™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@dearestbeauty.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right.
